Using Two Journal
By creating an account or using Two Journal ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be old enough to use online services in your country to use Two Journal.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please provide an accurate email address so you can recover access if needed.
Your content is yours
You keep all rights to everything you write. Two Journal claims no ownership of your entries and uses them only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy notice.
Acceptable use
Two Journal is for your own personal journaling. Do not use it to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or to other accounts.
Availability
The service is offered as it is and as available. It may change, have occasional downtime, or be discontinued, and features may be added or removed over time. You can export your entries at any time, and keeping your own copy of writing that matters to you is encouraged.
No warranty
Two Journal is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While care is taken to keep your writing safe, no online service can guarantee that data will never be lost or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Journal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Ending your use
You may stop using Two Journal and delete your account at any time from Settings. Two Journal may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Meaningful changes will be reflected on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
